Stick Figure Poetry began as part of the community events programming for the Mary Meuser Memorial Library

Watch for our monthly open mic the third Thursday of every month. We are back to being held in person again at the library 1803 Northampton St, Easton, PA 18042. Though, we might explore possible ways of creating a hybrid event space with zoom or Facebook Live.

In April of 2020 the Salon started as a weekly zoom to check-in with our local poet friends and make sure everyone was okay during the pandemic lockdown. Never did we imagine it would become a virtual hangout for poets, teachers and laureates from all over the country!

After 9 months the Salon changed to a monthly event, and continues to meet every first Monday at 8:00 for a mini writing workshop, progressing to the open mic portion at 8:30.
